Hey dear backers

To all of you who just got their new Okami, how is it going? 

Please share with us your pictures, feedback and tag us on social media if you have the chance to :) we really appreciate it.

To the few of you who still have some issue getting your hands on it, please be patient and sorry if we have made some mistakes along the way.

We're just starting and this has been a huge chance for us to learn from our mistakes. 

We have created a dedicated email for assisting you and we have been asking for help with this delicate and tedious task. Feel free to contact [email protected] if you still have any issues. Please remember this is the only way to open a complaint.

Hello dear backers

We're happy to announce to you that your items have been sent to you! ? Here is few things we want to let you know:

1) We are sending you the tracking number via Backerkit within 24 hours, you'll receive a notification in your email. Please give it a few extra days to be updated, sometimes it might take up to a week to show the location of your shipment in the system

2) We'd love to hear your feedback and see your new iPad setup. Please share your pictures with us by sending them to our Instagram page @okamipad This would help us to grow genuinely and make this project thrive. You can also tag us in your post and stories if you'd like.

3) If you didn't receive any notification via Backerkit before the weekend, check your spam folder. If still, you can't find it, please send an email to [email protected] and we'll double-check the status of your shipment on our side and get back to you ASAP

Hey dear backers

We're happy to say that the production is completed smoothly now, and the goods are now stock at the shipping facility.

We are just waiting for some of the add ons to arrive at the same location. Besides that, I'm taking care of the shipping full time and making sure you'll get it as soon as possible.

Hi OkamiPad backers, here is a list of updates:

1. Things are moving forward, we are in the middle of production, this thing right here is the mould of the 12.9" version. It has been quite a challenge to define every detail but the manufacturing has managed to do a great job.

2. Here is a short video of the cutting of the fabric in progress.

3. We reached 92% of completion of the survey, for the ones of you who still have to fill the survey or change some details such as address and so on, here is the link. https://okami.backerkit.com/ Please make sure it's filled and your information is up to date. We'll soon lock the orders.
